Description
Mantua's range of period weapon kits all feature quality hardwood, complete with brass, metal and wood fittings. The wood is all laser cut for accurate assembly and the manual is clear and detailed with comprehensive illustrations. The kits are supplied with a wooden display base complete with a brass engraved nameplate. These static models make excellent display pieces and with some 18 models currently in the range there is surely something to interest everyone.
The 12 pounder was the most important piece of field artillery of the Napoleons infantry. When it was pulled by horses a limber was added for greater stability.
